ROAD OPEN POLICE VEHICLE SWEEP PRIORITY

Immediately following the “999” Competition Sweep vehicle, course vehicles will usually proceed in the following order:
 
AFTER LAST COMPETITION VEHICLE

• “999” Competition Sweep vehicle to start the stage 30 seconds after last competitor (no Command Centre approval required).
• All MIV/ICV vehicles located from Start Control and “Midpoint” MIV vehicles as they reach those locations.
• “Recovery” vehicle.
• Event tow trucks.

None of the following vehicles are to proceed past the “Recovery” vehicle:

• “Road Open” Police vehicle to start the stage once signed ‘Condition Red’ form he has received from Stage Director and take to Finish.
• “Recovery Shuttle” vehicle(s) to enter the stage directly behind the “Road Open” Police vehicle (unless directed by Command Centre).
• "Stewards".
• "Scrutineer"/"Technical".
• Media vehicles.
• Competitor service vehicles.
• Public vehicles.
